Combining GA + GSC data

With both Google Analytics and Google Search Console connected, you can correlate:

  • Organic traffic (GA) with impressions and clicks (GSC)
  • Landing page performance with keyword rankings
  • User behavior after arriving from search results
tip

Use GSC Insights alongside Google Analytics to find pages with high impressions but low clicks — these are optimization opportunities for your title and meta description.

Requirements

  • A Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property (Universal Analytics is not supported)
  • A Google account with access to the GA4 property
